For Friends Launch Party 2026

We are excited to announce our 3rd Annual For Friends Launch Party on Sunday, September 13th to celebrate the release of our collaboration Golden Lager, For Friends, in honor of Childhood Cancer Awareness month in September!

Side Project has been committed to helping our friends at Friends of Kids with Cancer (FOKWC) for over a decade and thanks to your support we exceeded an incredible milestone by raising over $100,000 to help kids with cancer, be kids! Join us at our family-friendly launch party at Side Project Pizza Sunday, September 13th and help us continue our giving journey in support of this special month. 

Side Project Pizza will host the For Friends launch party to celebrate the release of our collaboration beer. This golden lager made with rice and corn was brewed with Friends of Kids with Cancer and will be available on draft and in cans to-go, with a portion of the proceeds going back to FOKWC.

Launch Party Details:

Where: Side Project Pizza (2657 Lyle Ave.)
When: Sunday, September 13th from 12-2pm

• $1 from all draft beer will be donated directly to FOKWC
• Music from DJ Rob
• Balloon art from Wayne the Balloon Guy
• Face painting, glitter tattoos, & hair tinsel from Glitter Faces
• Fun Side Project beer samples for adults
• Attendance prizes for kids
• Toy Drive with all toys donated to FOKWC
