Cozy Up at The Cellar Chalet!
A little après-ski spirit is coming to Maplewood!
From November 24, 2026, through January 24, 2027 we’re transforming The Side Project Cellar into The Cellar Chalet, a vintage-inspired ski lodge!
Step inside and experience fur-covered chair backs, overhead snowflakes, and vintage skis, sleds, and antlers. Warm up by the electric fireplace in our cozy, group seating nook with friends and your favorite cocktail.
Our themed cocktail menu will bring a taste of après-ski to your evening with house-made specials like the Alpine Orchard and Banana Bread Old Fashioned. Outside, our patio will feature a winter wonderland with a walkway lined with lighted arches and snow covered trees, so grab a few friends and snap a photo while you’re out there.
Stay tuned for more details and a closer look at our winter-themed cocktail menu.
Cheers!
